How do I participate?

Telephone your QCC in dealer co-ordinator, identify yourself as a QCC member,  arrange an appointment for your visit to the dealership. Provide your QCC member card as proof of eligibility.

 

 

What is a QCC co-ordinator? 

Your QCC co-ordinator is your in-dealer QCC program contact. Your co-ordinator offers you professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient service. The co-ordinator will provide product presentations, test drives and Toyota pricing to the member.

 

Your co-ordinator will remain as the your future  satisfaction contact.

 

Who is my QCC in dealer co-ordinator?

Your co-ordinator is Gary Abraham, based at  Whitby Toyota, and can be contacted at 905.767.1602 or Toll free 1.888.620.7581.

 

How do I know I'm getting a good deal?

Your QCC co-ordinator has pledged substantial savings and premium service levels to QCC members. Your best price will calculated based on the market conditions for the model you have selected, plus, applicable fees, taxes, and licensing. "Toyota Buying Program" pricing will be provided at the time of purchase. You can compare your price to the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price to calculate your total savings.

 

Which Toyota vehicles are eligible?

Every Toyota car and truck is eligible. Model availability determines your price.

 

How many dealers been selected to offer the program?

One, Whitby Toyota. 

 

Can I receive the QCC program pricing at any dealer?

No. The program is available at Whitby Toyota through Gary Abraham as your dealer

co-ordinator.

 

Is this offer confidential?

Yes. It is confidential to QCC members.

 

Am I eligible for the program if I recently purchased or leased a Toyota?

No. This program is available only when you purchase or lease your vehicle through your QCC

co-ordinator. It is not retroactive.

 

 

Are any other items covered through this program?

Yes. All items or services that are purchased at the time of sale are covered by the program.

 

Am I eligible for other incentives?

Yes, for most. Program participants are eligible for all public incentive and many incentives normally paid by the dealer.  There are some special offers that are not compatible with this program. Your co-ordinator can best determine which incentives you are eligible for.

 

Can I purchase or lease my Toyota?

Yes, the only requirement with leasing is that the lease must be transacted through Toyota Credit. Lease rates are fixed through Toyota Credit.

 

Can my dealer charge me a "documentation fee"?

No, fees for documentation or similar services are not allowed.

 

Can I trade-in a vehicle in combination with this program?

Yes, however trade-ins are not covered by this program and must be negotiated directly with your co-ordinator.

 

How long is the program in effect?

The program is available until November 30th, 2009.

 

Can I obtain a vehicle for my business or for another person?

No, vehicles must be titled or registered in the members or family members name sharing the members address.

 

Am I required to Service my vehicle at Whitby Toyota?

No, vehicle warranty and maintenance service is available at all Toyota Dealerships in Canada and the United States.
